Position Summary:

The role of the CNC Maintenance Technician is crucial in ensuring the operational efficiency of machinery and equipment. This position involves a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of CNC machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, align, disassemble, and relocate industrial machinery and mechanical systems utilizing both hand and power tools.
  • Diagnose issues in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Address equipment malfunctions and replace components as necessary.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on diverse machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment downtime.
  • Conduct general maintenance tasks within the facility.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to guide work processes.
  • Utilize hoisting and lifting equipment to position machinery effectively.
  • Operate machine tools, including lathes and grinders, safely and efficiently.
  • Employ hand tools with a focus on safety and precision.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a CNC Maintenance Technician role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CNC Lathe and Milling equipment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts.
