We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Coordinator to join our team at Bombardier. As an Aircraft Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities- Characterize planned and unplanned work, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Bill of Issues (BOIs), Snags, and Workbooks.
- Support Manufacturing Leaders in achieving daily targets and monitor daily manufacturing issues to secure production schedules.
- Track documentation according to aircraft manufacturing progress and perform cycle time impact analysis based on production issues.
- Produce daily production schedules and maintain aircraft schedules to optimize overall production.
- Drive schedule review meetings with upper management and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Global business acumen and customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a production environment with analytical skills and ability to present to senior management.
- Dynamic team player with leadership skills and a willingness to take on challenges.
- Patience, perseverance, and curiosity with the ability to use MS Project and Excel for planning and analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
