Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve online performance
  • Develop and maintain our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Direct the development of marketing strategies to increase online sales and engagement
  • Evaluate our online presence and make recommendations for improvement
  • Implement communication strategies and programs to engage with customers and stakeholders
  • Oversee the preparation of written content for our website and social media channels
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
