Position Overview:

As a key member of our sales team, you will report directly to the Assistant Sales Manager and play a vital role in understanding client needs, influencing their choices, and promoting our insurance offerings.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced communication technologies such as phone, chat, email, SMS, and video conferencing to personalize client interactions.
  • Assess customer requirements to enhance existing offerings, which includes crafting contact strategies, launching new products and services, and providing quotes for personal insurance.
  • Drive sales by establishing connections and nurturing relationships with potential clients, responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and re-engaging previous prospects.
  • Foster a trustworthy atmosphere that encourages new sales opportunities while retaining current clientele.
  • Ensure accurate processing of account modifications, maintain thorough customer records, prepare correspondence, and document follow-up actions.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

  • A RIBO license or a commitment to obtain one within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Additional national or agent licensing is advantageous.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, ideally in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
  • Outstanding communication abilities with a proven track record of effectively engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to navigate competing priorities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with preference given to candidates familiar with Epic, Salesforce, and company portals.
