In this role, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer service while crafting a variety of exquisite beverages. Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome patrons with a warm and professional demeanor
  2. Process customer orders and prepare an assortment of both hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and signature cocktails
  3. Ensure all beverages meet the highest quality standards
  4. Utilize espresso machines and other equipment proficiently
  5. Maintain a clean and organized beverage preparation area
  6. Manage cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
  7. Assist with food preparation and service as required
  8. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns

Qualifications

  1. Prior experience as a Barista or in a related position is advantageous but not mandatory
  2. Basic arithmetic skills for handling cash
  3. Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
  4. Familiarity with food preparation methods
  5. Excellent customer service abilities with effective communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Expected Work Hours: 20 hours per week
