Human Resources Director

Overview:

The Human Resources Director will play a pivotal role within the executive leadership team, directly reporting to the General Manager while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources. This position is essential in providing strategic insight into talent acquisition, succession planning, performance evaluation, and employee development initiatives. The Human Resources Director will independently align HR functions with the organization’s goals and implement a comprehensive Human Resource Business Plan to enhance operational success.

Candidate Profile:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in human resources or a similar field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement employee engagement survey initiatives
  • Support the organization’s talent management and diversity initiatives
  • Oversee human capital assessments and succession planning efforts
  • Execute HR strategies and initiatives at the organizational level
  • Evaluate and enhance staffing processes and outcomes
  • Manage compensation strategies and comprehensive employee benefits
  • Facilitate training and professional development programs

The Human Resources Director will be tasked with the strategic direction and implementation of HR initiatives, acting as a change agent for significant projects and participating in executive meetings to provide valuable HR insights. This role includes supervising HR personnel and collaborating with department heads on staffing and compensation strategies. This position presents an opportunity to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture at EightSix Network.
