Qualifications:

  • Completion of at least Grade 12 or equivalent education.
  • Possession of a Gas Technician II license.
  • Certification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
  • Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
  • At least a Class G Driver's License.
  • 3 to 5 years of field experience servicing Water Heaters and HVAC systems is advantageous.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts and standby duties as necessary.
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including occasional lifting of up to 15 kg to shoulder height, frequent bending, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand and learn new technologies, including electronics and electricity.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Willingness to wear a company-provided uniform.
  • Maintain company vehicle to high cleanliness and safety standards.
