  5. Architect Role in Banking Environment: Experience in leading or designing enterprise integration projects within a banking context is highly desirable.

  2. Java/Services Skills: Experience in Java development and services.
  3. Tablet/iOS Skills: Experience in developing tablets or iOS devices.
  4. Technical Understanding: Knowledge of Web Services, Middleware tools, and Web Methods.
  5. Understanding of Channel/Hub applications.
  6. Experience in leading requirement-gathering sessions.
  7. Support Flexibility: Willingness to provide support during off hours for critical business issues.
