Job Title: Chief Medical Executive

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Medical Executive to join our team at the Friends of Fish Creek Provincial Park Society. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our ecological and conservation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our mission and objectives.
  • **Program Development:** Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our ecological and conservation programs.
  • **Public Relations and Outreach:** Represent the Friends in public forums, media, and community events.
  • **Partnerships and Collaborations:** Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and other organizations.
  • **Leadership and Management:** Manage and mentor a small team, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • **Financial Management:** Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • **Bachelor's Degree (Preferred):** A degree in a related field, such as non-profit management, biology, ecology, or zoology.
  • **Leadership Experience:** Proven experience in leadership and management, including strategic planning, program development, and team management.
  • **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and solid presentation skills.
  • **Fund Development:** Experience with fund development, member recruitment and retention, and financial management.
  • **Board Governance:** Experience with board governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
