DT Home Reno is a reputable home maintenance company seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Window Cleaning Specialist. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of windows and the home exterior in residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean interior and exterior windows using specialized cleaning tools and products
- Remove dirt, dust, and grime from windows using squeegees, cleaning solution, and other equipment
- Wipe down window frames, sills, and tracks to ensure a thorough clean
- Remove and clean screens as needed
- Identify and report any issues or damages to windows or frames
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Complete daily work logs and reports as required
- Perform gutter cleaning and power washing services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in window cleaning preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and heights
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
