Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Cook at Bulldog Pub and Grill, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail, physical demands, and repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
