We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at At Your Door Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Office Management: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
- Communication and Customer Service: Respond to employee inquiries, provide customer support, and consult with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence and documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
