Your excellent understanding of group benefit and retirement programs will enable you to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring the continued growth and success of these programs.

About the Role:

As a member of the Employee Benefits & Retirement Programs team, you will work closely with key stakeholders to develop targeted solutions and needs-based programming. Your deep subject matter expertise will enable you to provide leadership to your peers and make informed decisions about the management of group benefits and retirement programs. You will also be responsible for analyzing existing programs, identifying areas for improvement, and developing alternative scenarios to determine the impact of plan changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve the effectiveness of group benefit and retirement programs
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to stakeholders on group benefit and retirement program trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with Human Resource teams, AHS departments, unions, consultants, and service providers to develop targeted solutions and needs-based programming
  • Lead the development of innovative solutions to improve the overall effectiveness of group benefits and retirement programs
Requirements:
  • CEBS designation or other related professional designation
  • A combination of education, skills, and experience may be considered
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Business degree, underwriting, project management training, actuarial, investment, financial planner, or accounting certification
  • More than 5 years' experience in a similar role in a complex environment
  • Understanding of group benefit and retirement program trending
