Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A and B Ventures Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, as well as budget and cost estimates.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
