We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter Specialist to join our team at LAITH MEAT SHOP. As a key member of our butchery team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing high-quality meats for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Weigh and price meat products for sale
- Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters
- Operate manual cutting utensils and slicing machines
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a butchery or meat processing environment
- Equivalent experience in a related field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Our butchery is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines to ensure high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
