Vendor Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vendor Management Specialist to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with governing regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely processing and approval
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with Scotiabank's risk management framework and regulatory requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, finance, operations, or business communication
- Strong understanding of financial planning, accruals, invoicing, and reporting
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and build collaborative relationships
