We are on the lookout for an Operations Clerk to join our dynamic team.
- Performing handling and forklift duties as necessary
- Executing data entry responsibilities
- Offering administrative assistance
- Helping in tracking and locating shipments
- Addressing customer inquiries via phone and face-to-face
- Compiling and preparing reports
- Undertaking additional related tasks as required
Job Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service roles
- Familiarity with transportation logistics is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced Excel
- Bilingual proficiency at intermediate to advanced levels
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and demonstrate resourcefulness
- Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 70 pounds
- Forklift certification is a plus
