Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and motivation to team members, serving as a role model and leader.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sorting Supervisor to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
  • Manage stress and pressure while maintaining a high level of productivity and safety awareness.
  • Oversee the efficient unloading of trucks, ensuring the team's productivity and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Respond promptly to changing situations and unexpected events, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse setting, with a minimum of 6 months in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in general computer skills, including Office365.
  • Familiarity with current occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
