Job Title: Project Manager/Business Analyst

LeverageTek Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team on a 3-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-level reports and presentations to executives and stakeholders
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document project scope and timelines
  • Create project governance documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Interface with senior management to prioritize key tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide regular status updates and analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with business users to document requirements and develop use cases and UML diagrams
  • Conduct interviews with key project stakeholders and assist in optimizing project scope, benefits, and risks
  • Manage user expectations and develop user documentation, including manuals and procedures
  • Facilitate presentations and process review sessions to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a business analyst and project manager, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Advanced knowledge of project management theory and practice, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced knowledge of UML diagrams, use cases, and software design principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification and/or BA certification
  • Experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of project management principles and business analysis techniques
