Job Title: Business Analyst and Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst and Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Asurtec Solutions Inc. in Ontario. As a Business Analyst and Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in leading multiple projects at various client sites, ensuring the successful implementation of systems, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system implementations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resources for the successful deployment of all systems.
  • Manage project deliverables across multiple workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Oversee data migration for each system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the process.
  • Coordinate training sessions with system vendors and internal training specialists, ensuring the appropriate staff receive training on relevant modules for their roles.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and assessing project risks, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior leaders, highlighting progress, risks, and key milestones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 2-year college diploma in business administration, computer science, information management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of business analyst experience with a minimum of 1 large-scale system implementation.
  • 2+ years of experience working with SQL and Excel for data analysis, cleansing, and mapping.
  • 3+ years of experience with project management or project coordination.
  • 2+ years of experience creating documents for business requirements, training materials, presentations, process, and data flows.
  • Strong familiarity with Teams and SharePoint.
  • 2+ years of experience developing use cases and guiding and participating in UAT.
