We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Mainframe Platform team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our mainframe systems.
Key Responsibilities- Actively participate in transformational Mainframe platform projects
- Identify, analyze, and document business needs of stakeholders
- Define solutions and write quality functional and technical briefs for developer teams
- Assist and participate in the implementation of development strategy, tests, and their automation
- Participate in the development of robust and stable solutions for all requests
- Make the link between business needs and technological requirements
- Understand current processes and establish target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders
- Produce functional analyses and participate in the realization of assessments of new needs
- Familiarize yourself with processes and propose improvements
- Meet architecture targets
- As required, supervise other resources in the context of the implementation of projects or evolving requests

As part of the Mainframe Platform team, you will be part of a team of 15 colleagues and report to the Senior Director Mainframe Platform.
