Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Job Summary

The Building Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities. This includes sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, emptying trash cans, and making minor repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and wax floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Empty trash cans and recycling bins on a regular basis
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems
  • Assist with painting and drywall repair as needed
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • English language proficiency
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
