Job Title: Commis spécialisé à la trésorerie

UAP inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commis spécialisé à la trésorerie to join our dynamic finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliations and journal entries, as well as prepare and process payments and deposits.
  • Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, and bank account reconciliations.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of payments, payroll, and bank statements, as well as prepare and submit tax returns.
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  • Participate in the implementation of internal controls and audit procedures to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
  • Support business growth by opening and closing bank accounts, processing transactions, and providing financial analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Canada to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
  • DEP in accounting with 5 years of experience or DEC in accounting with 2 years of experience.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
