About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at 2712108 Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workflow and productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met to maintain a high level of service
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing records and maintaining confidentiality
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of sensitive information
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including facilities management, equipment maintenance, and supply chain management
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations
  • Oversee office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and time management skills
