We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at 2712108 Ontario Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workflow and productivity
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met to maintain a high level of service
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing records and maintaining confidentiality
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of sensitive information
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including facilities management, equipment maintenance, and supply chain management
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations
- Oversee office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
