Position Overview:- Educational Qualifications: Completion of post-secondary education is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the organization of workshops, meetings, and various corporate events.
- Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing communications.
- Document and summarize notes from meetings.
- Develop and refine office protocols and procedures.
- Arrange appointments and manage confirmations.
- Efficiently handle phone inquiries and messages.
- Respond to digital inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate travel plans and itineraries.
- Welcome visitors and provide necessary directions.
- Establish and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing documents.
- Conduct research as needed to support various projects.
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language is required.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
