Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and contributing to the success of the restaurant.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our brand and attract new customers.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
