Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, working with the marketing team to promote our brand and increase sales.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload and overtime required.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding tasks.
- Accurate: Accurate and reliable in all aspects of the job.
- Client Focus: Client-focused with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Dependability: Dependable and able to work well under pressure.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a team.
