As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse environment.   • Delivery Coordination: Manage delivery schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of medical supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and implement procedures to minimize waste and loss.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring the smooth functioning of the warehouse environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics management setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Forklift license and comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Transport certification for dangerous goods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift loads up to 23kg.
