Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Supervise Warehouse Staff: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily production targets, ensuring high-quality work and excellent customer service.
  • Meet Shipping Deadlines: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipping of goods, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Error-Free Sorting: Implement and maintain efficient sorting processes, ensuring that all goods are accurately and efficiently sorted, and that errors are minimized.
  • Execute Daily Dock Production Targets: Plan and manage daily dock production targets, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Review and Analyze Daily Working Hours: Monitor and analyze daily working hours of all employees, ensuring that all staff are utilized efficiently and effectively.
  • Validate and Produce Daily Operation Reports: Compile and review daily operation reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
  • Responsible for Warehouse Equipment: Ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operated, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Other Related Tasks: Perform other related tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the warehouse operations team.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years' Experience in Employee Supervision: Proven experience in supervising employees, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Good Geographical Knowledge of Quebec: Strong knowledge of the province of Quebec, including its geography, culture, and business environment.
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle: Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, with a strong understanding of road safety and regulations.
  • Bilingualism: Fluency in both English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and Resourcefulness: Demonstrate strong leadership and resourcefulness, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Good Management of Priorities: Possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AS400: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AS400, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Great Organization Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.
