We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Industrial Specialist to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Detect and Troubleshoot Irregularities
You will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues with our equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Repair and MaintenanceYou will perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing or replacing defective parts, to ensure our equipment remains in good working condition.
Fabrication and InstallationYou will fabricate parts required for maintenance, repair, or overhaul, and install them as needed.
Operational SupportYou will provide operational support to our maintenance team, including operating machining tools and reading blueprints and specifications.
Requirements- Education and Experience
You must have a strong educational background in a related field, such as industrial mechanics or a related trade, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Certifications and LicensesYou must hold a valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement.
Equipment and Machinery ExperienceYou must have experience working with automated and robotic systems, conveyor systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, power tools, pumps, and compressors.
Physical DemandsYou must be able to handle heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet the physical demands of the role, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
