As a manager, your role will be to ensure a consistently outstanding shopping experience for our customers while also mentoring our footwear consultants to achieve the same level of excellence.

What you will gain:

We provide a comprehensive training program for all new hires, equipping them with knowledge about the best footwear for various environments and how our other products can enhance customer comfort and safety throughout their workday. All we ask is for the right attitude.

Our administrative tasks are kept to a minimum, allowing our Assistant Managers to spend approximately 80% of their time on the sales floor, either engaging with customers or coaching and mentoring staff.
