About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to join our team at Linen Chest. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences, making recommendations and providing demonstrations as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, concluding sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Stay up-to-date on products and promotions to effectively respond to customer inquiries and drive sales.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Passion for sales and a genuine desire to help others succeed and grow in their role.
  • Ability to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
