Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of guest requests.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Cash Handling: Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on customer service and front desk operations.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 40 hours per week.
