Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives and drive the growth of the Fixed Income technology platform.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of infrastructure engineers and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Fixed Income technology infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of the business and is aligned with industry best practices.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects, ensuring the integrity and security of the Fixed Income technology platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and external partners, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology and infrastructure engineering, with a strong background in leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages, databases, and infrastructure as code. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
