Pharmacist Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Team Lead to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide accurate and timely dispensing of medications
- Ensure adequate inventory levels of medications and supplies
- Counsel patients on new and additional medications
- Provide education and awareness to patients and customers on public health days and clinics
- Review and control costs at all levels within the pharmacy
- Provide ongoing training and development to pharmacy colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license
- Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills
- Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience formulating and executing action plans
