Budgetary Responsibilities

The financial oversight includes managing budgets ranging from $1,500,001 to $4,000,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize and structure the formation of key departments and senior staff roles
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate authority as needed
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions
  • Conduct thorough performance evaluations
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, oversee promotional strategies, and manage human resources planning
Supervisory Duties

This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in management and product development.
