- Financial Control: Establish and maintain effective financial controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure their success and growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
