Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Coordinator Equipment & Building (evening shift - on site)
- Hold a secondary degree in a relevant field.
- Communicate effectively between technicians, customers, plant engineering, and planners.
- Prepare a daily summary and hand over to the next shift.
- Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assign work orders to technicians.
- Consolidate inputs from various sources and coordinate work according to priorities.
- Communicate action plans and follow up with customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct pre- and post-intervention operational checks.
- Identify opportunities for improvement to support the company's preventive vision.
- Monitor KPIs and manage discrepancy management.
- Perform Potential Impact Reviews (PIRs).
- Write work permits.
- Assist and support the maintenance leader.
- Participate actively in the Daily Maintenance Meeting (DMM) to bring up issues.
Requirements:
- Hold a secondary degree or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrate good leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and oral.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume job environment.
- Good knowledge of the MS Project suite.
- Experience working with an ERP module (Maximo).
