Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Krishna2128 Corporation. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.

Recruit and Hire Staff

Hire food service staff, ensuring that all new hires meet the required standards and qualifications.

Monitor Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Supervise and Check Assembly of Trays

Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.

Supervise and Check Delivery of Food Trolleys

Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is delivered to the correct location and at the correct time.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods, with a high level of physical activity required.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
