Job Summary

KEITH PANEL SYSTEMS CO., LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team. As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Spreading Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assisting in Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance of Equipment: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, at heights, and in dusty conditions.
  • Work Setting: High-rise building construction sites.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and overtime required.
