About the Role
As an Enterprise Architecture Advisor, you will shape and execute our enterprise architecture strategy, collaborate with domain architects, and produce architecture positioning exercises. You will develop and implement Enterprise Architecture processes and set the table for our target ecosystem. You will work closely with a wide array of passionate professionals to effectively leverage our technology and data ecosystem, from advising our leadership team to mentoring and coaching solution architects.
About Your Responsibilities
- Help with the definition, promotion, and implementation of our strategic enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, and architectural guiding principles.
- Promote the use of business capabilities and develop tools to provide visibility on our ecosystem and its interdependencies.
- Work with the Domain architects' community to address transversal issues and provide expertise on architecture vision and roadmaps definition.
- Produce transversal architecture positioning exercises to shape our target simplified to the core ecosystem.
- Participate in the implementation of Enterprise Architecture agile processes based on the vision and roadmap, thriving for an acceptable maturity level of governance.
About Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration (specialization in Information Systems or Finance), or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
- Experience in the financial or investment sectors – CFA, FRM, or PRM professional designation is an asset.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience, including experience in enterprise architecture and/or solution architecture.
- Experience in technological transformations and cloud migrations with a good understanding of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms.
- Bilingualism: English and French.
