About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Veer & Sons Flooring Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms, providing customers with a seamless and secure shopping experience.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates, ensuring accurate and transparent communication with customers.
  • Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide recommendations on products or services, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, tracking inventory levels, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using electronic commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
