Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Veer & Sons Flooring Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide advice and guidance on merchandise, ensuring clients make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Perform data entry, maintain inventory records, and re-order stock as needed.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Greet clients, discuss merchandise or services, and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and analysis.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
