Patient Transfer Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Transfer Attendant to join our team at Priority Patient Transfer Service in Kingston, ON. As a Medical Transfer Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive safe and respectful transportation to and from healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and private residences.
Key Responsibilities- Transport patients via stretcher and wheelchair to and from healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and private residences
- Ensure patients receive safe and respectful transportation, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Standard First Aid with CPR + AED certification
- Minimum Class G driver's license with a clear Drivers Abstract
- Current immunization record, including Tetanus, Diphtheria, Hepatitis B, and Poliomyelitis
- Able to lift 250 lbs with a partner
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.30
