Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Meadow Sushi is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Communication: Prepare food order summaries for the chef and maintain open communication with staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
