Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Meadow Sushi is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
