Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at 1663515 Ab Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Labour Cost Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize our operations.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Scheduling: Set staff work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Service Offerings: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services effectively to maintain profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Work Environment:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
