About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Total Construction Solutions Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning, sales leadership, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
