Retail Store Manager

Bottle & Cork Liquor Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
