About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at SRISAI CONSULTING SERVICES INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business systems analysis and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business systems analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
